TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF TRADE
All orders supplied are deemed to be in acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.  All goods remain the property of Tile Gallery until paid in full.

PAYMENT
To secure an order a deposit is required.
Full payment is required before delivery.
Interest will be charged on any unpaid amounts.

QUANTITIES 
Quantities quoted are best estimates based on information provided. 
Quantities should be verified by the installer before commencing. 
Should you require more product we will endeavour to obtain these however we cannot guarantee the same batch.
Where product is required in addition to the quoted quantities the customer agrees to pay for such product at the quoted price.

QUALITY
If you believe there is a fault with any product supplied, Tile Gallery must be advised within seven days. Unless otherwise stated all tiles should comply with the requirements prescribed by ISO13006 which outlines the variances customers may expect with regards to dimension, appearance and surface.

SIZE AND SHADING VARIATIONS
Nominal sizes are indicated, but actual sizes may vary between batches in accordance with industry tolerances. There may be variations in shade between shop samples and delivered goods, as one batch of product may vary from another due to the manufacturing process. Variations do not indicate a defect. We recommend you check before tiling commences.

INDENT ORDERS
When product has been specifically purchased for your project we will require a 50% non-refundable deposit with the balance payable on arrival of your order in New Zealand.
Indent orders must be delivered within 30 days of product arrival. 
Tile Gallery reserve the right to charge storage fees.
It is the customers responsibility to confirm quantities being ordered are sufficient for the job. We recommend confirming quantities with your installer.
Indented orders cannot be returned.

INSTALLATION
Please ensure the tiles you select are suitable for the area being laid (technical characteristic including the PEI rating).
Installation of product constitute aesthetic acceptance of the product.
No claim will be accepted after installation.

RETURNS AND CREDITS
All returns are subject to prior approval.
A restocking fee and return freight costs apply to all returns. 
Returns must be in full box lots, unopened and in original condition, and returned within 30 days of delivery date.
Tile Gallery cannot accept returns for indent items, sale items or special orders.

FREIGHT AND DELIVERIES
Freight is payable on all deliveries.
All deliveries must be checked for damage and notification provided to Tile Gallery within 48 hours if any product damage has occurred. 
We may ask for photographic evidence of damage and/or the return of the damaged product.
It is the customers responsibility to unpack and load tiles into a safe location for storage
Tile Gallery’s obligation is delivery to site only. It is at the freight company’s discretion as to where the product is offloaded based on site access. 
Tile Gallery endeavours to meet delivery dates but cannot be held liable for any loss, damage or consequential loss arising from any delay.
